Refund Policy

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless there is a serious issue with your order but we gladly accept cancellations for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. A complete refund will be returned on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged items

We do our best to pack all of our items so that they do not get cracked or broken during the shipping process. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee packages will be handled with the same care during transit. We are not liable for damages done to packages during transit. However, we will work with you to get your package replaced. In the event your item(s) arrives broken or damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us with photos of the damage via email at info@flavorofamyahaircare.com.

If you choose against a replacement, please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs if you wish to return your damaged items for a refund.
